Fee Schedule

U.S. Citizen & Immigration Services (USCIS) has a set fee schedule for EB-3 Visas. The following is the fee breakdown for filing, and our attorney fees:

  • EB-3 USCIS Fee: $700;
  • Attorney Fee: $4,000

If you are a skilled worker, professional, or fall into the subcategory of an “other worker” you may be eligible for an employment based third preference visa.

Skilled Workers

Qualification Requirements:

A “skilled worker” is a person whose job requires at least 2 years training or work experience. In order to qualify you must be performing work for which qualified workers are not available in the United States. Additionally, a labor certification and permanent full time job offer is required.

Professionals

Qualification Requirements:

A “professional” is a person whose job requires at least a U.S. bachelor’s degree or its foreign equivalent. In order to qualify you must be performing work for which qualified workers are not available in the United States. Additionally, a labor certification and permanent full time job offer is required.

Other Workers

Qualification Requirements:

An “other worker” is a person performing unskilled labor requiring less than 2 years training or experience, that is not of a temporary or seasonal nature, for which qualified workers are not available in the United States. Additionally, a labor certification and permanent full time job offer is required.
